Lenovo Ideapad 100 is a low priced budget 15.6 inch premium modern laptop with a high definition LED non-touch display, a DVD Optical drive despite its slim chassis, an entry level dual core Celeron N2840 processor (1MB Level 2 cache) at 2.16GHz processor up to 2.58GHz with Intel Burst and no hyperthreading (two cores and two threads) that performs better than the Intel Atom’s you may be familiar with, 4GB DDR3L SDRAM at 1333MHz speed for being able to run several apps and browsers at once, 500GB Serial ATA hard drive at 5400rpm rotating speed as decent amount of storage for your common and multimedia files and the 64-bit Windows 10 operating system with brand new features that makes it more user friendly than the previous Windows 8 and 8.1. Performance to price ratio is quite good with a CPU benchmark score of 1057 and 4GB memory- good value for dollar as a general daily use computer for office, internet or light gaming, with Windows 10 that is more user friendly than the previous Windows versions. Advanced gaming is not an option here as the CPU is more low end and it doesn’t come with at least a medium level dedicated graphics card but you won’t have problems with less demanding games. 15.6 inch Lenovo Ideapad 100 is a decent computer overall with a low price tag.
