HP 15-F211WM Touchscreen Laptop

Black HP 15-F211WM L0T32UA is a late 2015 model 15.6 inch budget priced reliable notebook with a slim and sleek design, a high definition touch display, a “Bay Trail” dual core Intel Celeron N2840 processor (1MB Cache) at 2.16GHz to 2.58GHz speed with turbo boost and no hyper threading, 4GB DDR3L SDRAM that can handle multiple browsers at once without freezing, spacious 500GB Serial ATA hard drive at 5400rpm spindle speed and Windows 10 operating system that is quite user friendly and makes things run smoother with also fast boot ups. It is a decent entry level laptop to let you browse the net, use Word and Excel, watch movies and view photos, Skype with loved ones and listen to music as Intel Celeron N2840 has a benchmark score of around 1100 so it is on the better side of low end. 15.6 inch LED-backlit Brightview HD display with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution has no IPS panel (IPS and FHD would have added to the cost significantly) and Intel HD graphics is good for your daily multimedia tasks and light games but nothing advanced and complex. It includes standard dual stereo speakers and audio system for clear and loud enough sound and has a built-in standard 0.3-megapixel VGA webcam with a digital microphone that will do the job for casual Skype chats.

HP 15-F211WM Touchscreen Notebook

HP 15-F211WM is portable enough despite its touchscreen that adds to its weight- 4.9 lbs in total and measures 14.9 x 10.2 x 1 inches. It has a 3-cell 31WHr that you can expect 4-5 hours of battery life (our guess as the Thermal Design Power is 7.5 watts) and a decent full size non-backlit keyboard with chiclet style keys, a numeric pad on the side and a good size trackpad with physical left and right click buttons and multiple gestures that help with user friendliness of the system. Connectivity options include the DVD Optical Drive, 802.11bgn wireless (no integrated Bluetooth), Ethernet LAN, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0 port, a Multiformat Media SD Card Reader and an HDMI output. Touchpad doesn’t have an on and off button and it may feel a little sensitive and don’t expect a lot of speed and performance from this laptop for your heavier tasks but is certainly good as a second computer or for something to play with at home or to do student assignments. Screen is the standard 15.6 inch size and the resolution is fine with images and colours nice and clear enough. It has a fanless design so you won’t hear a fan running when it gets warm- and it seems to stay cool enough even in a few hours. This HP is compact in size and portable, offers relatively good performance overall in web surfing and a variety of daily tasks, a responsive multitouch display and comes with a 12 month standard limited warranty for labor and parts by HP.
