First a vacuum is created slowly inside (slow but proper functional vacuuming) the marinating drum by attaching the suction hose extracting the air out of the drum and the ingredients will have air gaps for the marinade to go straight into these gaps and fill it with flavours and if you’re marinating very dense meat like chicken breast you’ll need to pierce with a sharp utensil so that the marinade penetrates easily- the meat will suck all or most of the marinade you put in the container even when you have a lot in there (which means you will need to use less marinade- dressing or spices, saving a bit of money too) and when you cook the meat they will turn out juicy, tender, delicious and full of flavours and even chicken breast will be tender and moist. Price is not cheap and again you get what you pay for and it is designed to last you quite some time.
