STX-1000-CE Chefs Elite

STX International STX-1000-CE Chef’s Elite is a 2015 model very sleek and modern 6 litre capacity vacuum marinator for different types of meat- chicken, turkey, beef, pork, steak and veggies, with an integrated timer on its digital keep an eye on control panel and runs for a quarter of an hour and shuts off automatically so you don’t have to wait for hours for your ingredients to be marinated especially if you need it last minute with unexpected guests coming to your house. It is built durable, has an attractive design, can easily have a permanent spot on the counter and will look nice, weighs 5 pounds (shipping weight is 6.4bs) and measures 13 x 9.5 x 9.8 inches. You’ll get a handy manual with operating instructions and a few recipes for marinating and includes a vacuum tubing in the hand compartment. It runs quietly and you can easily marinate 4 x 12 ounce steaks easily (not whole chicken but the parts placed in separately) in its 6 litre marinator with a drum size of 9 inch height and 8 inch diameter so you can put in quite a bit. It is easy to clean with only one part to clean and container and lid being safe to be put in dishwasher but it is probably easy enough to just wash the container and lid in the sink.

STX International STX-1000-CE Chefs Elite Marinator

STX-1000-CE Chef’s Elite is very easy to use and will save you from waiting for hours or even days and turning the meat around in the container and comes in especially handy for last minute marinating. You will see the marination time suggestions for four group of ingredients, including poultry (15-20mins), fish (5-10mins), red meat (10-15mins) and vegetables (2-4mins)- with most recipes needing about 15 minutes. First a vacuum is created slowly inside (slow but proper functional vacuuming) the marinating drum by attaching the suction hose extracting the air out of the drum and the ingredients will have air gaps for the marinade to go straight into these gaps and fill it with flavours and if you’re marinating very dense meat like chicken breast you’ll need to pierce with a sharp utensil so that the marinade penetrates easily- the meat will suck all or most of the marinade you put in the container even when you have a lot in there (which means you will need to use less marinade- dressing or spices, saving a bit of money too) and when you cook the meat they will turn out juicy, tender, delicious and full of flavours and even chicken breast will be tender and moist. Price is not cheap and again you get what you pay for and it is designed to last you quite some time. STX makes great quality and design products, shipping is often very fast and both the warranty and customer service are really good and it works with 110/120 Volts – 60 Hz of voltage.
