Samsung UN32H5203 is a 32 inch (31.5 inch- measured diagonally) Full HD LED backlit glossy screen internet-ready Smart TV with a max screen resolution of 1920 x 1080, a 60Hz native refresh rate, a Clear Motion Rate of 120 and blur reducing feature with the backlight scanning, 16:9 cinematic aspect ratio, integrated wireless to connect to wireless networks and play streamed video and all at a very reasonable price too, more so considering this is a Samsung TV.
For how much the Samsung UN32H5203 costs, it offers great crisp picture quality with bright and vibrant colours but the refresh rate is 60Hz as you’d expect from a lower cost TV and not 120 Hz but the sports and fast action performance is quite good. You get high image contrast along with low power usage with the direct LED technology (estimated to use 53 kWh on average annually and that would cost $6)- being an Energy Star qualified unit. It has a number of apps- Netflix, Amazon Instant, Amazon Prime, HBO Go and YouTube etc. installed and others will be on with the new software updates.

You may experience a little bit of delay when you’re on SmartHub although it seems to be very well constructed with decent features it is a bit on the slow side, you will experience small delays when you’re moving between apps and shows and the TV learns about your habits – most used channels, apps etc. and most customers looking for a decent budget smart television, they should be happy with the TV’s overall picture and sound performance through its 2 x 10 watt speakers.
