Power Pressure Cooker PPC790 is the new multifunctional, stainless steel 10 quart capacity XL model with the largest cooking space of Power Pressure models, which makes it good for families or entertaining guests and canning, with 1400 watt power motor (120 Volts and 60 HZ), single touch button controls on its digital display panel that makes it very easy to cook, Flavour Infusion Technology that helps keep all the flavours and nutrients in and Auto Keep Warm Mode. Some of the other great features include the detachable non-stick inner pot that can be cleaned easily in the dishwasher, safe lock lid that includes steam release valve, a large arm handle, stainless steel housing, slow cooking option and the integrated security features. It is endorsed by Eric Theiss, the author of “Power Pressure Cooking” cookbook that would make a great addition. You can cook a great variety of meals like soups, stews, vegetables, roast, big cuts of meat, chicken, sauces, mashed potatoes, desserts, jams, jellies, rice, brown rice and more much faster than normal and also in slow cooking method also 5 to 10 times faster than slow cookers with the same great results, working quietly and consuming less electricity. PPC790 has a very smart design, weighs 19.2 pounds and measures 38 x 37 x 38 inches so it is larger and heavier than the 6qt and 8qt but feels solid and substantial. Power Pressure Cookers and will probably be better to keep it permanently on your bench as it is something you wish to use frequently and looks good. Cleaning is very easy as the pot is non-stick and dishwasher safe but first just let it cool down a little. With the hot steam in the container the liquids and all the moisture will be pushed into your ingredients.
