Panasonic LUMIX DMC-ZS50K 30X CameraWith Lumix DMC-ZS50 You can record videos in FHD 1080p resolution in MP4 or AVCHD formats- your choice and then you can connect the Lumix to your HDTV or computer and watch your great high resolution videos. High speed video recording allows you to record videos with 200 frames per second in VGA resolution and 100fps in HD resolution, which means you record the fast moving stuff and view it later in super sharp slow motion. Time-lapse shot function is great for recording things like flowers blooming, rising sun and setting moon in high definition and all you do is set the time to start the shooting, interval and how many shots you want. The resolution is reduced to 12.1 from 18 megapixels previously and this means nice photos with larger pixel size and each pixel getting more light. The new model also has the proximity sensor right next to the EVF so when you bring it close to your eye to take photo it will switch from 3-inch LCD to LVF which has WVGA resolution or 1,166K dots for a 0.2 inch display, roughly 100% color reproduction and stable framing and you get to have a very clear look at what you are taking.
