Blue metallic HP X360 14a-ca0030wm is a 14-inch Chromebook with a 360-degree rotating high definition touch display for use at different angles in tablet, tent, stand, laptop modes and anything in between. It is a low cost convertible laptop that offers good value for money with its modern design, solid construction and reasonable specs and features.
HP X360 14a has the entry level technical specs that include Intel Celeron N4020 processor, 64GB eMMC flash storage, 4GB DDR4 SDRAM memory, Chrome operating system and modern connectivity options including the 802.11ac wireless and Bluetooth 4.2, and comes with a decent quality 720p high definition webcam and stereo speakers. It is a very new release Chromebook and there are only 4 reviews at the moment with an average rating of 5 stars.
The quarter one of 2020 release dual core entry level Intel Celeron N4020 CPU (2 cores, 2 threads) runs at a base speed of 1.1GHz that goes up to 2.8GHz with the turbo boost function as needed by your tasks at hand. The typical TDP- Thermal Design Power is just 6 watts to help with this laptop’s impressive battery life of up to 12 hours. Celeron N4020 performs a bit better than the older N4000 and you’ll be fine with your daily tasks or we browsing, video streaming, playing Chrome games and light multitasking.
You can download anything from Google Play store and use it on this computer just like you do on your phone or tablet. 64GB eMMC flash storage is not a lot in terms of space but works quicker than a SATA hard drive. You will use more of Cloud storage whenever and wherever you have access to the internet. 4GB LPDDR4 memory at 2400MHz that comes on this Chromebook is the minimum amount that should be available on any laptop these days. But it will be adequate for multitasking power on an entry level Chromebook.
14-inch diagonal high definition Brightview micro-edge LED-backlit touch display has the 1366 x 768 pixel resolution which offers acceptable picture quality that is not as clear as a Full HD. It has an IPS panel for letting you view the display and share it with others comfortably at up to 178 degrees, vertically and horizontally. HP Wide Vision high 
definition webcam on the top bezel is good for your live chats with friends and family. Intel UHD 600 is a low end built-in graphics card with a video card benchmark score of just 333 and a similar performance with the Intel HD 500.
You can run Office 365, Google doc, slides etc. for word processing and spreadsheets, presentations and more. Connectivity options include the 802.11ac wireless, Bluetooth 5.0, microSD Memory Card Reader, a USB-Aport, 2 x USB-C ports, a DisplayPort, and a headphone/microphone combo. It has a non-backlit keyboard with keys that are comfy to type on and the HP Imagepad with multi-touch gesture. With its 360-degree rotating touchscreen, build quality, versatility, functionality and ease of use, we are happy to recommend this blue metallic HP X360 14a for your daily use.
