HP ProBook 6465b is a low end 14 inch business laptop at a budget price, with a plain chassis- nothing fancy but solid build, an entry level dual core AMD processor, a DVD optical drive and limited amounts of memory and storage space but adequate for those that want to get their jobs done in the office or on the go. As a certified and refurbished product, it is inspected and certified by a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher thoroughly before getting out on the market, includes the charger, AC adapter, and battery and you will get 90 days of warranty. Technical specs include the entry level AMD A4 3310MX processor at 2.1GHz to 2.5GHz speeds with TurboCore and Passmark benchmark score of 1308 as of now (performs worse than Sandy Bridge i3 processors), 4GB DDR3 SDRAM for good amount of multitasking efficiency at this level, 160GB Serial ATA hard drive at 5400rpm as adequate amount of storage and Windows 10 64-bit operating system that starts and shuts quickly and includes familiar and new features to make your life easier.

Grey HP ProBook 6465b weighs 5 pounds and measures 13.3 x 9.3 x 1.3 inches and is neither lightweight nor slim and compact for a 14-inch laptop, has just a simple boxy design to just get your work done. Connectivity options include a DVDRW Optical Drive, 802.11bgn wireless (not the latest ac variety but fast), 4 x USB 2.0 ports, a VGA output, a DisplayPort, an SD Media Card Reader, 10/100/1000 Ethernet for wired connectivity and Speaker and Headphone jack so there is no built-in Bluetooth, a faster USB 3.0 port or an HDMI output here. 14-inch LED-backlit high-definition display has a 1366 x 768-pixel resolution and the graphics card is an entry level Radeon HD 6480G for basic multimedia capability and low-end gaming at the level of Intel HD 3000, not more and you really can’t expect too much from it- no demanding games like Battlefield 3, not even at low settings. Thermal Design Power- TDP is 45 watts for this APU and you can only have average battery performance- nothing impressive here. It comes with a very low price tag so what you get is still a bit more than what you’re paying. Depending on your needs, you may either want to pay more for a modern notebook with more up-to-date features or look at other options like a Chrome system, but for someone on a budget and to perform daily work tasks, this one is more than enough.
