ASUS C302CA-DHM4 12.5-Inch Touchscreen Chromebook Flip

ASUS C302CA-DHM4 Flip is a high end 12.5 inch Chromebook with a Full HD touch display that rotates around a 360-degree hinge that allows it to be used in in different modes between a laptop and a tablet and comes with some strong specs and features. Being a convertible machine that costs more than an average Chromebook, the technical specs are quite good too, as it includes an Intel Core M3-6Y30 processor at 2.2 GHz speed (dual core), 4GB DDR3L SDRAM that is plenty for multitasking on a Chrome system as almost everything happens online, 64GB eMMC flash storage that feels faster than a 5400rpm or 7200rpm mechanical HDD and Chrome OS with auto updates in the background without you noticing anything and without being affected by security threats.

12.5 inch FHD touchscreen has the 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution for crystal clear picture with vivid colours and decent contrast and with IPS panel you have good viewing angles vertically and horizontally. Thanks to the solid 360-degree hinge you can use it as a laptop, a tablet or anything in between. The aluminum metal chassis makes it look and feel premium and protects the internal components better. It has a sleek and contemporary design, weighs only 2.65 pounds and measures 8.3 x 12 x 0.5 inches- slimmer and lighter than competitors. The lithium ion battery lasts up to 10 hours in theory and this will depend on how you use it and at what screen brightness. Chrome OS boots up and resumes from sleep very quickly and you can use the computer all day without recharging the batteries. You can expect speed and power from the Core M3 processor and 4GB memory in overall daily performance with efficient multitasking. Everything seems to run fast, web pages will load quicker and you will be able to browse smoothly without lagging.

ASUS C302CA-DHM4 12.5-Inch Touchscreen ChromebookIf you have seen or used a Chrome OS system before, it all feels like using a Chrome browser and is suitable for people that use the computer mostly for internet (like most people these days). But you can certainly use it offline as well with the increasing number of offline Chrome apps, so for work or entertainment you will not have to rely on your internet connection when you’re out and about. There is no DVD Drive or an HDMI output but you can use a USB-C Multiport Adapter, it includes the latest 802.11ac wireless and a 3-in-1 Media card reader that supports SD, SDHC and SDXC formats, a headphone/microphone jack and a webcam on the top bezel. The island-style keyboard is spill-resistant for when you spill any liquids on it by accident and backlit for you to type comfortably in the dark or dim light and the keys have a nice feel and 1.4mm travel. With the fast processor, large memory and storage, backlit and spill-proof keyboard, Full HD touchscreen, the 360 rotating hinge, elegant and sturdy design in all aluminum this has to be one of the best Chromebooks on the market, and perhaps the best: High performance, great quality components, flexibility and modern design.
