It seems to be easily expandable, giving you the ability to increase RAM capacity by adding to the spare slot and to add an SSD to one of the bays provided while keeping your large SATA storage space. It is nice to have a reasonable front panel access so you can easily connect your smartphone, media devices or computer peripherals.  It has a high-end Skylake i5 processor with a benchmark score of 6520 as of now, 8GB memory and Win 10 operating system that starts up and shuts down much faster than the previous versions of Windows and with much more integrated security features against viruses. We like how quiet it runs even under heavy load and the generous amount of connectivity, including 5 USB ports, fast “ac” variety wireless and other modern connectivity options. Although it is very easy to set up as a simple plug in and play unit, you will get a few trial software or junkware that you can easily uninstall and keep the ones you need. Overall this new Acer Aspire is ideal for home office or other business use, college work, all kinds of entertainment except for advanced gaming and anything you want to do and is offered at an affordable price.
